Had an excellent Wagyu burger and even better service from Alex, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and empathetic. He made everyone feel important and welcome, and called everyone around me by name (myself included). It’s been a long time since I’ve had this level of service. I’m moved and impressed!

Eli, Preston and the rest of the bartenders/servers killed it while we were in town for the World Championships! Everyone one of them deserves a thank you and can’t wait to come back. Also best burger ever!!

First time visiting the clubhouse, and I loved it! Preston took my order and was very polite and quick to get my food to me. Eli made me two phenomenal drinks. I was in good hands all night. Give these two young gentleman a raise!

We stopped in for a drink after the conference being held at the hotel. They were clearly short staffed with a full bar and restaurant. Even though they were behind, Eli, Jasmine and Preston rocked it and should be commended!! Their customer service was incredible! Anyone who didn't recognize the situation should have their reviews dismissed. Management do better- make sure you staff appropriately when you know there is a conference at your hotel.

Mom and I stopped on our way to PAC for a show, hoped we could get a quick burger. Lucky move!! We totally enjoyed the delicious Waygu burgers and tasty fries and we were very pleased with our service by Searra :) The place has a big, open seating area with a large sports bar set-up, but there's another area near the open-grill kitchen with booths and high top tables. You can choose your vibe to drink/dine in !
